A 150 m² self-contained retreat for up to six. Three bedrooms, a private kitchen, a heated 12-metre pool, and a terrace built for long summer evenings. Rent it as your own.

The art nouveau details, the original woodwork, the art on every wall — Villa O is not a restoration project. It is a home that has been loved continuously for over a century.

Art nouveau architecture Organic lines, decorative ironwork, and the craftsmanship of the Belle Époque — present throughout the house.
Art as atmosphere Carefully chosen works throughout the villa. Each piece was selected — not placed. Several are available to acquire.
Wellbeing therapies A curated range of health and body therapies, available on request. The original purpose of the house, still practiced here.

The 120-year-old tree at the heart of the garden has watched the house from the beginning. Around it: a heated pool, a terrace, and the kind of silence that cities no longer keep. The garden opens for private events — yoga retreats, celebrations, gatherings with meaning.
